While moving across the state line from Wellsboro, Pa., to Corning, New York, has made a world of difference for Louise Sullivan-Blum, her partner and their daughter, who no longer have to face a constant stream of anti-gay harassment, she's not sure whether she's found acceptance. "We are tolerated," she writes. "But whether we truly belong is always up for question."
