Foodie entrepreneur aims to organize Philly's food trucks

Andrew Gerson is co-founder of the newly created Philadelphia Mobile Food Association, a group that aims to organize and promote the city's food trucks and carts. The business faces new challenges and growth opportunities as it morphs from an industry largely run by immigrant entrepreneurs to a business that includes new ventures from MBA graduates, fed-up executives and laid-off professionals, he says.
