Maryland Gov. Martin O'Malley and New York Gov. Andrew Cuomo are hoping that taking a stand on gun control will leave them well-positioned for possible presidential runs in 2016. The opposite might be true, writes Josh Kraushaar. "The prospect that successful Democratic presidential candidates will be embracing gun control three years from now is unlikely," he writes.
