Kraft sues Kellogg over cookie packaging

Kraft Foods Global Brands has filed a lawsuit against Kellogg, saying resealable packaging used on Keebler and Sandies cookies infringes a patent owned by Kraft parent Mondelez International. The lawsuit seeks damages and a permanent injunction to keep Kellogg from using the packaging.
