Poll: Most nurses are satisfied in their jobs

Seventy-six percent of 969 nurses were satisfied or very satisfied with their work, a Jackson Healthcare survey found. Most of the respondents believed that the profession faces challenges, including liability issues, shortages and heavy workloads. Men and younger nurses were more likely to be dissatisfied than than women and older nurses.
