Researchers evaluate impact of Tropical Storm Irene

Researchers from Dartmouth College are studying the impact that Tropical Storm Irene had on streams in Vermont. In addition to the damage done by the storm, communities may have caused further harm to the streams through recovery efforts that included heavy equipment, according to geography professor Frank Magilligan.
