CareerBuilder offers straight talk to job seekers

In an effort to distinguish itself from rival, online job site is adopting a more direct approach in encouraging disgruntled workers to switch jobs, via a campaign by Wieden + Kennedy, Portland, set to debut during the Super Bowl broadcast. The job ads service made news last year when it put its creative account, then held by Cramer-Krasselt, into review not long after the Super Bowl.
