GOP lawmakers study plans for Keystone XL's approval

Republicans on the House Energy and Commerce Committee began tackling options to get TransCanada's Keystone XL pipeline approved. The options include transferring the decision on the project from the State Department to the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission or Congress. "We are going to make every effort to see to it that this pipeline is built," said Rep. Ed Whitfield, R-Ky.
