Colo. prepares to assemble massive navigator team

Colorado Insurance Commissioner Jim Riesberg says the state will need a large pool of navigators, enough to enroll 800 consumers daily for six months or more. "That's a lot of navigators. Where are they going to come from?" Riesberg said. The state, which has voted to allow brokers to participate in the public exchange, also must address questions about training and payment for navigators.
