Duke Energy eyes early February decision on Fla. nuclear plant

Duke Energy's decision on whether to repair or shut down the company's Crystal River nuclear plant in Florida could come by early February, said Jim Rogers, Duke's chairman, president and CEO. The date is "an aspirational target" that could change, he said. The facility has been offline since 2009 because of concrete issues.
