Expert: Don't say "retirement income" if you want to engage clients

The choice of words used by financial advisers to counsel investors can engage clients or turn them cold, says Timothy Noonan of Russell Investments. Investors react negatively to the terms "retirement income" and "financial planning," but are likely to find a discussion of "lifestyle design" more engaging, Noonan says.
