Utah flight school sees growth

According to owner Ed Helmick, the Diamond Flight Center located at the Springville-Spanish Fork Airport in Utah is seeing huge growth. "This year, we have had 18 private pilot licenses, seven instrument airplane ratings, 14 commercial single engine pilot, nine commercial multi-engine pilot, nine certified flight instructor airplane, two certified flight instructor instrument airplane and one multi-engine airplane instructor," he said. "That is up 33% from 2011."
