Tesco struggles to find the right U.S. strategy

Tesco launched the first Fresh & Easy Neighborhood Market store in the U.S. with great fanfare five years ago, but the U.K. supermarket chain has struggled since as it tries to find the right recipe for success in America. The chain recently said it will close 12 underperforming stores and open 25 locations in more affluent areas.
