WPP's Ogilvy acquires major stake in Australia's DTDigital

WPP's Ogilvy has acquired a one-third stake in Australian digital interactive marketing agency DTDigital, extending the parent's continuing foray into the Asia-Pacific region. The move follows the acquisition by WPP's Kantar unit of the social media research firm CIC in China.
