Dow AgroSciences and Monsanto make global business deal

The agreement establishes cooperative arrangements between the two companies, including settling outstanding legal battles, that will provide farmers greater access to technology and more choice in products. Dow AgroSciences and Monsanto also are to cross-license intellectual property and product licenses on a nonexclusive basis for corn and soybeans.
