Coke and Pepsi get happy

New ad campaigns for flagship soft drinks Pepsi and Coke are apparently looking to outdo each other with appeals to happiness and optimism. PepsiCo is using TBWA/Chiat/Day, Los Angeles, for its "Every generation refreshes the world" campaign, while the Coca-Cola Co. tapped Wieden+Kennedy for hits "Open happiness" pitch.
