IDC talks CRM technology needs

Resellers in customer-relationship management have promising sales opportunities ahead if they can provide enterprises with solid technology tied to social networking and mobile solutions, according to an IDC analysis. "Movements such as social and mobile are bringing consumerlike experience requirements to all aspects of end-customer engagement with the companies with whom they conduct business," IDC analyst Mary Wardley says.
