McDonald's takes upscale look to India

McDonald's has begun remodeling 240 stores in India to a more sophisticated footprint that replaces the chain's primary colors and hard chairs with muted tones and comfy seating, and includes an upgraded menu aimed at attracting more adults. The chain has seen success with the new format in the US and Europe.
