Patient demands to look better with minimal scarring and short recovery times have driven a revolution in plastic surgery. Men and women from their 20s to their 80s and beyond are asking for abdominoplasties, neck lifts without accompanying face-lifts, blepharoplasties, ultrasound skin tightening and minimally invasive dermal fillers. "Looking good changes your outlook; it has nothing to do with age," said ASPS member R. Barrett Noone.
