Study: Internet-connected TVs are fostering adoption of 3DTV

The growing popularity of Internet-connected television sets is helping drive adoption of 3DTV technology, since 3D is often a bundled feature of smart TVs, according to Futuresource Consulting. The market research firm estimates that 16 million 3DTVs were shipped last year.
