Air France adds meals for business fliers on long-haul flights

Starting 1 Feb., Air France will debut six new in-flight meals by Michelin-starred Chef Michel Roth on all business-class long-haul trips from Paris. The dishes "include veal simmered with verbena and vegetable fricassee, and glazed duckling with rare peppercorns and citrus honey, caramelized mango and pineapple, and vegetable batonnets," this feature says.
