The Federal Reserve Board will likely have a new chairman when Ben Bernanke's term expires in 2014, writes economist Simon Johnson. Plausible candidates to take over the Fed, which Johnson calls the "most important branch of government," include Vice Chairwoman Janet Yellen, Treasury Secretary Timothy Geithner and Richard Fisher of the Dallas Fed.
