N.Y. town would benefit from wind projects, committee says

The Wind Advisory Committee in Madison, N.Y., will present its findings and a draft wind power law to planners on Feb. 6. After conducting a one-year review of the town's wind regulations, the committee concluded that wind projects would be economically beneficial to Madison, said committee member Jane Welsh.
