Some networks and news channels relocated to Washington, D.C., for President Barack Obama's second inaugural, and the setups are quite elaborate -- CBS and CNN have constructed entire studios on the National Mall. ABC, meanwhile, sent George Stephanopoulos and Josh Elliott to the nation's capital, but the rest of the "Good Morning America" hosts will remain in New York.
