Hospital launches program to help physicians adopt EHRs

CareGroup's Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center and CHIME partner and CIO Dr. John Halamka are launching a project to help doctors implement EHRs. The program uses a shared infrastructure to reduce the per-doctor cost, and the physicians' group and hospital will pay 85% of the implementation costs.
