Nielsen: 5.7% of U.S. homes not DTV-ready

The latest figures from Nielsen show that 5.7% of all U.S. homes are "totally unready" for the digital-TV switch. The percentage of those not yet prepared climbs in certain demographic groups, the report added, with 9.9% of African-American homes and 9.7% of Hispanic households not ready.
