PALLAS reactor project favored by Dutch government

The Dutch Ministry of Economic Affairs, Agriculture and Innovation said the government favors the establishment of the planned PALLAS nuclear reactor. The reactor is intended to produce medical isotopes and focus on nuclear technology research. "The PALLAS project team has worked hard during the last three years on the preparation for implementing the PALLAS project. This decision means that we can continue with the next project phase," said Paul de Jong, director of the PALLAS project.
