Forrester: Mobile-app developers should think "omnichannel"

Marketers should think "omnichannel" rather than mobile-only or multichannel when building mobile applications, a Forrester Research report says. Developers should use elastic infrastructures and open sources and be mindful of connecting mobile apps to "Big Data, predictive analytics and complex event processing," Forrester's Jeffrey Hammond says.
