Sequestration overshadows quadrennial DOD study

A study that the Pentagon prepares every four years to analyze the future of the military could be delayed because of uncertainty over sequestration. The study is supposed to be released this year, but work on it hasn't begun, according to Maj. Gen. Kenneth F. McKenzie, the Marine Corps' representative to the quadrennial defense review.
