USDA confirms meat products recall due to undeclared use of MSG

The USDA's Food Safety and Inspection Service announced the recall of about 79,400 pounds of marinated chicken and pork products by C & H Meat due to the use of monosodium glutamate that is not listed on the label. Affected products include bulk packages of Korean Brand BBQ Flavored Spicy Boneless Chicken Leg Meat and Korean Brand BBQ Flavored Spicy Pork Butt.
