Poll: Airlines adopt wait-and-see stance on in-progress craft

Airlines are wary of aircraft development under way because of the possibility of delay as well as the unknown of new technology, according to a survey by CIT Aerospace. Two-thirds of carriers said they are waiting to see how such planes develop, despite increasing fuel costs and the promise of energy-efficient craft.
