Montblanc, the German watchmaker, has created an iPad application called Timepieces to promote its 2013 collections. The app allows users to browse informational content and virtually try on watches via a new tool. "The app provides elegant access to a breadth and depth of material and a unique True View feature," said Jason Warnes, general manager at AKQA, which created the app. "It genuinely sets the standard for a refined iPad experience."
