Twitter's new video-sharing tool, Vine, launched this week, and some users say they're running into problems. Early adopters found they were being wrongly logged into other people's accounts, with some able to access private information such as unlisted e-mail addresses and telephone numbers. "The bug spoiled what otherwise would have been a promising new rollout," Nicole Perlroth writes.
