No one is perfect, so don't give up on a bad boss

If you say your boss is a "bad leader," then you've "effectively withdrawn your support and lost hope for any change in their behavior," executive coach Mary Jo Asmus writes. Instead, give the boss feedback about your observations and understand the poor behavior probably stems from the boss not being very self-aware.
