Republicans work to develop a replacement health care bill

Republicans in the House are preparing a bill that could replace the Affordable Care Act if the Supreme Court strikes it down, says Rep. Joe Pitts, R-Pa. The GOP plan's key features will include malpractice-lawsuit caps, insurance sales across state lines and state-based pools to help insure the sickest patients. The plan would not maintain the insurance-purchase mandate or the rule that says patients with pre-existing conditions can't be denied coverage.
