FDA's medical device arm unveils priority plan for 2012

The FDA's Center for Devices & Radiological Health has released its medical device priorities for 2012. The device center said it will focus on four key areas this year, including finishing all guidance documents related to boosting pre-market programs, making the recall process more efficient and developing a post-market surveillance strategy.
