Financial advisers serve wealthy women poorly, study finds

Affluent women are being shortchanged by financial advisers, a Family Wealth Advisors Council study concluded. Women with a net worth of $1 million or more are increasingly dissatisfied with the financial-services industry because it does not consider their specific circumstances, the study found.
