IKEA hasn't ruled out expansion to India

Swedish furniture giant IKEA is still considering opening in India -- despite restrictions on the new policy on foreign retail investment -- and plans to announce more details this spring, spokesman Josefin Thorell said. "India is still a very interesting potential retail market for the IKEA group, but we need to understand what the guidelines will mean for us."
