NCGA's Tolman: U.S. corn yield could top 300 bushels per acre by 2030

U.S. corn yields could rise to an average of 300 bushels per acre by 2030, almost twice today's output, said National Corn Growers Association CEO Rick Tolman. "We've had reduced [corn] production in the last two years, but as we are able to increase production and work on new technology, I think it will continue to grow," Tolman said.
