CFPB uncertainty "creates chaos in the marketplace," Hunt says

A decision by the U.S. Court of Appeals for the D.C. Circuit overturns President Barack Obama's recess appointments to the National Labor Relations Board and undoes the work of that board since the appointments. The ruling means Consumer Financial Protection Bureau Richard Cordray's recess appointment is being called into question, experts say. The situation, not entirely unexpected, "creates chaos in the marketplace," says CBA President and CEO Richard Hunt.
