Youth fleeing to cable

A Magna Global USA analysis of Nielsen data showed ratings for broadcast are down 11.6% in the 18-34 demographic, while those for cable in the same group are up 4.8%. An analyst says the trend should continue as cable penetration in U.S. homes increases.
