B&N looks to shutter 200 stores in next decade

Barnes & Noble plans to close about 20 stores annually during the next 10 years, cutting its bricks-and-mortar presence to 450 to 500 locations, retail group CEO Mitchell Klipper says. The bookseller, which used to launch a net 15 stores per year, has largely stopped opening bricks-and-mortar locations.
