Global Partners to buy Ore. crude oil, ethanol facility for $95M

Massachusetts-based fuel distributor Global Partners signed a deal to acquire a crude oil and ethanol facility along the Columbia River in Oregon from Cascade Kelly Holdings for $95 million. The purchase includes the biggest ethanol plant on the West Coast, a rail loading and unloading facility, 200,000 barrels of storage capacity, a deepwater terminal and a 1,200-foot dock, Global Partners said.
