Investigation into Boeing 787s continues

A monitoring system has become the focus of an investigation into the Boeing 787s. Japanese officials, who are conducting a joint investigation with the U.S., on Monday were to examine Kanto Aircraft Instrument, which "makes a system that monitors voltage, charging and temperature of the lithium-ion batteries," this feature says. Officials say the company is not under special scrutiny but is part of the overall investigation.
