Ore. city manager will help with wastewater, recreation

The Gold Hill, Ore., City Council voted unanimously to appoint Rick Hohnbaum as city manager, effective Feb. 12. Hohnbaum, who has managed other small Oregon cities, says he will help Gold Hill fix a wastewater-treatment plant and develop a plan to make the city a center for recreation.
