Tivli, a streaming-TV service offered at Harvard and Yale universities, could help younger consumers get "in the habit of having a cable subscription," writes Brian Stelter. The service, which operates as an extension of the colleges' cable TV services, allows students to stream local broadcast outlets, several dozen cable channels and university channels to devices such as laptops and tablets.
