No clear answer to the ad-skipping question

As DVR deployment gains traction, advertisers and networks are struggling to find a way around the ad-skipping capabilities of the devices. The upshot may be that Madison Ave. could be forced to try new things in reaching consumers. The Yankee Group forecasts DVR numbers could double to 5.8 million by the end of the year.
