$800M in FEMA aid has been approved for Sandy victims in N.J.

About $800 million in disaster aid has been approved by the Federal Emergency Management Agency for victims of Hurricane Sandy in New Jersey. Housing assistance for more than 52,000 residents amounts to more than $300 million, and state and local governments have received more than $129 million for rebuilding and debris cleanup.
