Brown and Grassley criticize inaction against banks

Government prosecutors need to do more to hold banks accountable for the financial crisis to restore public confidence in financial markets, say Sens. Sherrod Brown, D-Ohio, and Chuck Grassley, R-Iowa. In a letter to Attorney General Eric Holder, the lawmakers say financial executives and banks must not be treated as "too big to jail."
