HBO will let subscribers watch shows before Super Bowl Sunday

HBO is offering subscribers the ability to watch its Sunday night lineup of "Girls" and "Enlightened" on Saturday, anticipating viewers' potential conflict with the Super Bowl. The ability to screen the shows in advance via On Demand or its HBO Go second-screen service is a one-time offering because of the extreme popularity of the Super Bowl, writes Steve Smith.
